Exchange Policy

• To qualify for a Exchange, the product must remain in its original condition, with tags attached, and in the original packaging, unused and unworn. Please provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
• A fee of AED 30 will be applied for exchanges, except damaged items
• Exchange shipping will be charged at a flat rate of AED 30.00.
• Exchanges are only accepted within 10 days of the original purchase date."

Return Policy

• We only accept returns for damaged items or if the order was incorrect.
• To initiate a return, please contact us within 10 days of receiving the product.
• Returned items must be in their original condition, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.
• If your return is accepted, we'll arrange a pick-up. Please note that items sent back to us without prior return request will not be accepted.

Refunds
